4 male roommates needed to move in with me

here's the deal:

-large Williamsburg, Brooklyn loft off the waterfront,
-the lease ends and my roommates will all move out by the end of july
-i have 2 weeks until july to find 4 people to co-inhabit this place from july/august and on
-i don't want to sign the lease because i have an equally binding thing going on in nj, so that means people moving in would have to sign that lease.
-$630 a month for individual bedrooms, $550 for a living space, first and last month deposit - TRY TO BEAT THIS DEAL!!!!
-5 minute walk from the first L stop into Brooklyn from Manhattan, 10-15 minutes from the door to union square
-you can move in as early as july. i wanted to make it a church hangout, but no one in my church is biting yet
-and yes that view on the top of this page is a picture i took from the rooftop!
